Harsh reality is even after working hard studying hard for years we don’t get a minimum wage job just to survive……so what will happen people will find alternatives which may affect moral standards but get money which can solve many problems if someone finds this trade off between moral standards and problems due to money meaningful they will do it

Please do some study on how much you will earn even after working every single day until you get retired. She is earning more than 10× times the professor earns throughout their life. Even if she quit after 10 years she will be living much better than those PhDs through the rest of her life. Lets assume an assistant professor gets 1lakh salary then he gets only 12lakhs annually and after 30yrs of working daily he will be earning only 3.6crore by the time he will be old n retired. But she is earning 300+crores in a few years time. The only better alternative way is that the govt need to give some attention to the education and research areas and increase the funds on such things so that many bright potential people don't leave their studies.

In India, the government should just stop paying salary to those professors who just teach at government colleges (even at IITs). They are just rotting the system and milking the system, the tax payers. The government should only provide infrastructure to the researchers for 2-5 years on a contract basis.
