Yeah was a shame about that R-Type manual and box, as I said in my video I might open some stuff up next time I go just to make sure. Wave Race also came out on the GameBoy. Love Rayman Origins, cracking little game on every system. You need glasses or to drink less before going on eBay 🤣 Fabulous collection of plastic tat and quality waffle 😊👍🐻

Awesome stuff, Doorway to Dorkness is a great store, James the owner is a top guy. R-Type is one of my favourite franchises, have it on multiple systems and the Master System version is a must for a MS collection. I once bought a copy of Afterburner on the MS from Doorway to Dorkness, but I checked it at the counter when purchasing and it didn't have the manual with it even though it said it did, James was very apologetic and offered it too me cheaper which I took, because I actually had a spare one at home. I also remember having the not so censored Game Over poster, ahhh the memories. Some lovely pickups there, I love the variety, by the sounds of it, all you need is a Dizzy game to really get you in the mood for an all nighter!

I had Robocop 2 back in the day, bit of a disappointment as compared to the first I thought, hard as nails don't think I ever got past first level!! 😂 I picked up a small copy of game over with the infamous nips 🤣 So many great N64 games, Goldeneye, Fzero, Perfect Dark, some proper garbage too tho right enuff! 😜👍

I have no nostalgia for the n64 at all, just can't seem to find anything apart from zelda I like, I keep trying though.

Did you ever get into Castlevania: Symphony of the Night? You have to complete the intro boss battle (it automatically passes you if you die), then when it switches to Alucard, play a little past the past where Death takes your stuff. There will be a save point on the left side of the new area. Then you can start exploring & picking up equipment monsters drop, and leveling up from fighting monsters.
I had an N64 back in the day, but I think I agree with you that the SNES library is better.
My top 5 N64: Sin & Punishment, Super Mario 64, Zelda Ocarina of Time, Super Smash Bros, Mortal Kombat Trilogy
My top 5 SNES: Super Mario RPG, Super Punch-Out, Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo, Super Mario World, Zelda a Link to the Past
N64 didn't have the RPGs, but it had some fun party games.
Unfortunately as with most stuff, castlevania has been added to my ever growing list of games I really must get around to.

Great choices for the snes, only one I would swap out would be street fighter for Mario kart.

God's of war is dreadful, jump slash, slash jump 😞 .
Heroquest is a classic board game but is also a great 8bit and 16bit game, definitely worth a go.
Will definitely play rayman, you've piqued my interest.
Some great grabs! A coin operated boat was my best/worst drunken eBay purchase 😁. The game / toy tie ins are mega; I’d forgotten all about the madballa toy range!! HeroQuest too 😮.
I was blown away when I first saw dragons lair on may mates Amiga. The boxart looks ruddy beautiful on that US megacd box. Fab to see you back on the tubes mate. P.s. I’m looking forward to seeing what you grabbed from Eddie!

😂 Did you get much you wanted? N64 games and duplicate games. Always trust the list.
Got a few of the MadBalls figures, the figures the head popped off of them, they then did bigger tennis ball sized ones in foam and then full sized footballs.
Been buying a lot of 360 racing games lately, really enjoy them on the 360.
The 360 is a great system for racers mate, still enjoy firing up my racing set up and crashing cars I cannot afford.
Games aren't for playing, they are for putting on shelves to gather dust 🤣
The Master System R-Type is grand. Played the crap out of it back in 87.

I have a lot of nostalgia for Wave race on the gamecube, I know most people prefer the N64 version but for me its the cube version.
Farcry 3 is the best one in the series, and the left for dead series are belting !

I can clearly remember buying that original Hysteria and the shop I got it from, had forgotten about it till you showed it, seem to recall it was ok
I totally agree on the Doorway baggies, in some ways I like them but I think they ought to open them up when you take them to the till to check, I had one that was all water damaged
Love that Dragons Lair box, (it should have that foam piece in yes, and the console isn't region free, yours must be modded), I've never played the Mega CD version but is one of my favourites on the 3DO
Waverace is the best game on the N64 by miles for me mate

Re dragons lair, WTF do sellers put stuff in a bloody jiffy bag??!! it wouldnt cost anymore to stick it in a box now the numpty has lost 15 quid buying another game, yes the foam is supposed to be there, stops the front cracking inwards.

Thats funny that you must have picked up Waverace Bluestorm around the same time as me😄 i still need to pick up a gamecube controller though as forgot Wii remotes don't work on gamecube games(stupidly sold my wavebirds). Great vids mat, enjoying them.

I enjoyed Doorway but I concur the prices are on the higher side of even Ebay prices.
That's the reason I took everything out the bags to check condition some where shocking but listed as complete.

I'd still complain about that bugs game condition get a partial refund but I am "that guy"

Rtype seems to be one of those games that doesn't have a bad port.
I hate and I mean HATE when the wrong version of a game is in the case , had a few ps one titles that have come with the platinum version disc.
For some reason master system games manuals just haven't survived - their normally missing or just manky , I think it was because it was often marketed at younger kids and they didn't look after them properly, little rotters.
Nice N64 game for you to ignore :) ... those cardboard boxes are awful :(. I'm not a big fan of the N64, love the cube but the N64 just doesn't seem to have aged very well.
PS3 one of the best consoles ever, how you can you not like GoW !!!!! The new ones are rubbish, but the ps3 games are amazing. Jumpy slashy never gets boring !
Rayman is a great platformer - actually better than Mario for me.

I started collecting speccy games that I wanted from childhood .... then bad things happened :).
Madball !!! Used to love the toys had a kid, I think I had a slime one. Game is awful and the stickers are ALWAYS missing. They were just well .... balls ... they really could sell anything to us with their adverts in the 80s.
I'm very jealous of that Dragon's Lair even though I don't have a mega cd and no interest in that system - it's just so beautiful and I have so much time for that game. Glad you got it sorted with the seller. People selling games like that should know so much better than to send any game without MASSIVE amounts of padding.
Laptops should have a breathaliser on them so can't be in charge of ebay - I bought a Bros single a couple of years ago !!!
Ooo, love a console old arcade games collection - I always think I'm going to enjoy them more than I do though. Like I play them for about an hour, think that was good - and it goes back on the shelf :). Bomb Jack is a classic though and a really decent speccy port.
I think Left 4 Dead involves playing with friends ? So that's me out already :).
Is Grid an arcade racer or a sim ? I love me a good arcade racer but can't stand the sim, gran turismo is wasted on me.
