Combining SWOT, PESTEL, Appreciative Inquiry, Balance Scorecard, and Problem Tree in Evaluation

Innovations in evaluation are evolving everyday. I have been thinking of how best to capture the full story of a project or program within the African context and the idea of combining combining Strategy and Project Design Tools in Evaluation has been crossing my mind. I this video, I share my thoughts on combining SWOT, PESTEL, Appreciative Inquiry, Balance Scorecard, and Problem Tree in Evaluation to capture the full story of a project or program.. This is an innovative approach I have been thinking through and as it evolves, will contribute to the Made in Africa approaches and also help mentor young and emerging evaluators to be creative and innovative.
