Gregory Dorrell the difference is the high frequency driver. Though it is a lot of money difference the output of the speaker is a lot more and the 15 doesn’t have to go as high tightening it up a lot.
For vocal and singing and band, do you prefer 710 or 732? 10" woofer has a faster response but the 732 has a larger horn with much lower crossover, make the mid frequency project further. Hard to decide...will the 732 sound more "in your face/harsh" compared to 710? Would like to get your opinion. Thanks a lot!
Apache Cai if you are not having to shoot far I would definitely say go with the 710. We have over 20 of them and absolutely love them. We also have a lot of the HD32 which work great for long throw loud situations or floor monitors. All in all for the price weight and portability the 710 is hard to beat.
Mainly it is the speaker enclosure. The ART series does offer a “cheaper” line if you would want to call it that than the HD. The DSP is tuned a little different between the two, and most of the HD series uses powercon.
we are a traditionel ensemble (acoustic, guitar, violent, accordian, contre bass, vocals) do you think the 735 mk4 could be a dood choice? or we should try 732 mk4 or maybe qsc?
The Punisher we used to sale and use QSC a lot. The 735 would be a great option for the instruments you mentioned. If you are in the US give us a call and we will get you the best prices available.
What do you think of the RCF ART 732 VS 712. I know the voice coil is bigger . But does that change the impact of sound or just changes the reliability there both 700 watts rms
The biggest difference is with the larger HF driver you can have a lower crossover point which allows more of the vocal range to be directed by the horn. They will also be able to be a little bit louder perception wise.
looking for band speakers 7/8 piece band. looking for tight bottom on kick on Bass drum as well as bass. But want vocals too cut as well as keys. Performing in large corporate and or weddings. What would you recommend. thxs Mike
I get the idea that these really shine when it comes to live band application. As a DJ, would I be happy enough saving a few bucks on the previous version?
I don't know if it is the recording, but they seem to me poor on highs. Is that correct or it's the recording?. They aren't like Jbl on high frequencies
We used to be a JBL house and we switched to all RCF. It might be the recording we definitely like the high frequencies of all of the RCF over the JBl.. Between these two we like the MK2 over the MK4
@@sweettreeproductions2149, that's fine! I trust you!! I know that RCF is a better brand than JBL and they only make their sound system in Italy and not in china like JBL, but you know that JBL's high frequencies are really popular and good (I'd say the best of them) One thing... in my plan is to buy a pair of RCF art 712-a mk IV, so I don't know the Subwoofers I need. I don't know if you recommend me a 18" subwoofer (like this one RCF Sub 8003-AS II) to place it in the middle of them, two 15" together also in the middle, or two 18" or 15" just under the speakers. Cheers from Spain!!
@@sweettreeproductions2149, that's great! The price between them is not huge and I'm gonna thank the power of 8003-AS II. So thanks a lot for your advice, bro!! Have a great day!
djlobb great Question. RCF had been using very unique horn waveguide designs for their high frequency drivers that did most of the phase alignment. Between their waveguide horn design and their new FiRPHASE system some big changes are about to be released that we have been beta testing via their RDNET system that is going to allow some incredible control of cabinet shading while remaining completely linear in phase control. Something completely specific to RCF.
The lower crossover frequency allows the MK 4 to at least seem a little clearer and punchier in the upper midrange/treble region, the MKA seemed darker and warmer, not a stark difference , more subtle, upper mids and treble didn't cut through as much but stil l quite pleasant to listen to.
Love the sound of RCF, but it sounds like a Hall effect. Maybe the recording or live performance, not sure. Anyways, I’ll stick to my jbl srx815p. Too me it’s more natural sounding. Maybe in the future I’ll switch over, but for now I’m good. Thanks for this video though!
Gregory Dorrell Gregory Dorrell it is hard to tell from the video but the MK1 is actually brighter than the MK4 the big difference is the phase alignment via the FiRPHASE system. It is a huge difference in band application.

There is definitely a difference between the 2 speakers. Even with that music that has two members that have Grammys we noticed it. Thanks for the comment.
Thanks for this. I was looking to buy the 732A. Any backround on that model? hard to tell difference.
could you tell me what the difference between the 735 and 745 is only the 745 is a lot more expensive why is that

Sweet Tree Productions so its tighter bass again? Is there much difference?

Apache Cai 732-a is smooth and nicer sound if you need bit louder wish i would brought the 732a instead of the 712a
Great Review, RCF 735's compared to
EV ETX.
Thank you.
Can you please do a test with the 712?
dj Simon SHOW i have 712a, these are much better mid bass while staying loud and clear. I might be getting 745a or new HD35-A

Ras most definitely.the 735’s will throw further and out perform the QSC’s any day.
Sweet Tree Productions Wow. need to hear them. I saw the 732a s on sale onle and was wondering how much of a difference quality wise
Qsc are made in China vs rcf in Italy. I use rcf & fbt.
which is better sir if you compare the mk4 to the fbt promaxx 114a?
Go for the Promaxx114a

Depending on what you are doing with it the 735 will throw much further and be much louder if in a small area the J8 will sound better.

Mike sorry we just saw this message. If you haven’t already bought a system email us at info@sweettreeproductions.com
Can you tell me the name of the song? and the version? i can't find it anywhere
It is a live board mix of a band we run sound for called the Wildwood Ruminators.
Could I have it? or you can say me where I can find or buy it? Thanks
Andrea Esposito I know the band is working on an album with that song on it but I'm not sure when it will be finished.
I need RCF MB12N351 do you have ?
Только решётки разные ? А корпуса ?
Hi ! :) Can i use the hi pass filter for these tops with my prx 818 xlfw and what it will be the crossover :?
What acoustics sound do you like more?MkA or Mk4?

How big of a difference is their from the version 3
Alex Koch they never released the 3 in the US that I'm aware of.

MKA = better highs (more lively)
MK4 = better lows and mid-low, highs sounded more controlled
My 2 pennies.
Mk5?
How many whats are the mk4 ?
el don same Power 700 Watts RMS 1400 watts Peak
There sounds like something is missing from the mk4 . May be less mids .
I actually preferred the mkA
We agree as far as the 735. We like the MK4 on the 710 much better though.
MKA sounds good
Mk4 definitely sounded better here. Vocals were more defined than mk2

me to jbl srx815 for everything
JBL sounds muffled (like it would be behind the curtain) compared to RCF. And it has +10 kilos
The MKA sounded more natural than the MK4
The mk4 Firphase technology is the best 👍👍👍
Мка4 звучит по приятней

Mk4 bass better
IT is normal that before sound the music... it emites a sound like ssssssssssssss
