    I always wonder where those folks are now. Hopefully retired in NFLD and enjoying being with their families.

    The Last working boat owned and operated by Patterson was crushed by a bridge , thus ending there shipping company.

    of N. M. Paterson and Sons Ltd. of Thunder Bay is no longer in business but some of the ships are under CSL now

    I often wonder how these ships made money carrying grain. Is there no rail links
