How about ART and KTM commuter lines? It is going to have property that is link diretly to ART and KTM commuter stations in the future, those would be better than too expensive so-called near to ETS. Gomen should let us know to ensure transperanccy, Anthony Loke?

我目前入手的是mbw中华火化场那里的project 3房2厕，起初还是会介意靠近火化场，不过rts附近房价都偏高，而且这里去CIQ真的对于我来说骑摩托或车只需一个弯就到达CIQ，只有这里是我认为最有性价比如果自身不介意火化场的话☺
