Stunning!!! Rebecca if each day keeps outdoing the previous one, I’ll be doing a happy dance 💃 til way after the new year!! Wow!! This pen is sooo beautiful! Thank you so much!!
Happy Birthday to my grandboys, Angus and Argyle. They are 8 years old today. Rebecca, I love hearing about your quilting. You are doing so much so fast! And running a shop and diamond painting and December advent. You are amazing. I quilted for 30 years before I had to give it up. And the math and planning was my favorite part. That and hand stitching the binding down. Since I finished my big diamond painting, right now I am doing Christmas cards. I have no idea what I will do once these are done. Flying by the seat of my pants! Have a great day everyone. 🧡🧡🧡🐢🐢🐢
Swirly pen!! Love it!!! Also, can I just say I am really enjoying the variety of the paintings this year. It is nice to have different stuff every day.
Hi Rebecca and Zesties, I’m really enjoying the whip and waffles and am looking forward to them daily. I will do a bit of diamond painting in a bit as I haven’t had time today 🌨️☃️❄️⛄️🍁
I’m obviously a weakling today. You just whipped that lid off the blue twirly pen with no problem. I tried to get the lid off, used the sticky pad that came with the trashy tray, a damp dish rag, and was about to get a pair of pliers. Hubby intervened and got the lid off. The lid is now in the trash but the pen is lovely! 😂
I had fun trying to open the pen too.. Pjelly had a go and ended up using our jar opener thingy 😂 once the cap was off the first time it got easier each time after that 😂 It is very pretty 🥰👍🏻💚
Hi Rebecca. I like warm light in the bedroom but need white\bright light everywhere else because of my moods. A few years ago I made quilted stocking but it was all scraps different shapes and sizes, as long as it had a straight edge on the scrap it went on. Loved the look when finished. Thanks for great Christmas waffle 😘😘
Good evening Rebecca. Tonight I am actually diamond painting along side you. I’m in my craft room while hubby is watching the formula 1 which I can’t stand. My cold seems to finally be getting better after two weeks. I’m beginning to think it may of been COVID but however I am feeling better thank goodness. I’m steaming ahead with my dreamers design diamond painting called Honey. After this is finished I will carry on with my haed dp along side doing my paint hem minis. Have a great evening and yet again thank you for all you do.
Thanks Rebecca. I finished my 2nd canvas this morning - The door you're working on today. I'm out all day tomorrow and will probably be too tired to do any diamond painting when I get in as I will be getting up at 4.30 am and leaving the house about 5.45 to drive to Leeds for an al day event. I don't think I'll be home until after 5pm. So I made a start on tomorrow's section- first 1/4 of the mystery canvas. Decided today where the tree will be going up for Christmas - just need to put it up. Busy sorting out cards and wrapping presents to take down to family on Saturday.
I seem to be doing better with the squares and oddly enough. I do better on the completely empty canvas than I do on the mystery canvas. It’s weird. Love all of the advent goodies and all of the videos that have been happening this week thanks a heap!
Chart one is definitely not for me. Lol ive made so many mistakes, i hate to think what it will look like in the end. Haha. Im still loving it all though. 😊 in my defense though my eyesight is awful. Cataracts in both eyes grr. Not going to stop me doing diamond art. 😊😊😊 love the advent calendar. ❤❤❤
I’m doing my chart one on paper as I’m too absent minded to email you for the pdf chart. I don’t like to colour in my charts so I definitely make things harder for myself. I’m using washi tape to edge my 30 x 20 sections each day. As a cross stitcher too I am enjoying the challenge.
When I finish this dp called honey I am going to frame it as it’s a generic size, 60x80 and I’m going to try to sell it. It’s not really about the money. I just want it to go to a good home. I am part of a local facebook group called “Cornwall buys local” it was a group set up during lockdown. I have sold hundreds of pounds through this group selling my knitted socks! Toys etc. I’m not expected to get nowhere near the price I paid for the painting nor the frame but as you said I enjoy doing them
I would just pass them on, but my friends and family circle is rather small, so right now that's not really an option unfortunately. I'm not even worried about getting the value back, because as much as it is about the picture, it's also about the process for me and I don't expect me to get the value back. Maybe I can donate them? I'll have to look into options so I can clear up some storage space. Or maybe find a more space-saving way to store the large diamond paintings that aren't just in the boxes. Perhaps I can get some under the bed storage and roll them in it, or store them flat if they're small enough.
I love the pen! However, when I uncapped it, I somehow managed to unscrew it and drop it! 😳 Luckily it landed on my gray rug and I could see the few beads that escaped quite easily, the tip took a good 10 minutes to find as it blended in! 🤣 Very easy to put it all back together again and I know to be careful when I come to use it. I’d be very interested to know if anyone else did the same, but I suspect it’ll only be me 🤣
I have decided that 2025 will be a no spend. No more diamond paintings, no more pens no more yarn. I have more then enough to last for years. I turn 60 in January so my time in limited 😂
I love hearing the workers and lurkers leave comments. I hope they get comfortable enough to comment a bit more often. I do have a small rant I feel compelled to mention. I find it extremely disrespectful of viewers to come into a content creators channel, call themselves a fan or regular but not have enough respect or consideration to hit the like to support the channel. For example I'm looking right now and this video has only 126 likes out of 662 views. Obviously people love your videos and you have a loyal fan base. On behalf of Rebecca and all other content creators, please take the fraction of a second out of your day to hit like in support. Consider it the common curtesy of wiping your shoes when you come into someone's house. Sorry Rebecca Rant over and i fully understand if you dont want to read that bit. Love and hugs always.
