13:59 A friend of mine was into these hydraulic vehicles. He had a small pickup for his project. He would go to shows with contestants doing what's shown here. They even had a contest to see who could flip their car over first... flip the car over??? I never went to one of those gatherings. LOL, I never had the urge to go. Hydraulics can be very expensive, I know because I was a heavy equipment mechanic, and most all of that used hydraulics. Pumps and motors were extremely expensive for certain ones.
