Gta V has a vr mod and a steering wheel mod, so you can choose between the same map here with better handling and better vr or more vehicles and better graphics in Gta, at the cost of worse handling and sketchy vr.
gta5's vr mod has been taken down by t2. This is old news and isn't officially supported by the newer versions of the game anymore (Because the MA was forced to stop the development on the mod by t2 themselves)
I installed FDR New York and car traffic doesn't appear and not to mention that the map has glitches in some parts of the city where the car falls into an abyss or hole in the map.

@@soffianfar1d559 most mods are free and will show up in content manager. You just need assetto corsa and the dlc. If you look up a video on how to set up shutoko it will show you everything tho 👌🏽👌🏽

@@tech4u73 download the mod you want, and then you can drag and drop it onto the main page of content manager
then on the top right you'll see 3 lines click on that, then look at the bottom of that tab and wait for it to download, then press install

for the account at top bottom there is a way to create a free account for your crash problem try to reinstalle the track i can't say more i'm new too
