Yeh genetic, aap iske side effects ko badh ne se rok sakte hai medicine ke jariyeh, par iska koi bhi permanent illaj nai hai

Yes, can understand your pain. To leave happily is accept yourself and try to be positive. Involve yourself into work or any hobby that makes you happy. That's the best way to meditate n keep yourself away from negative thoughts
