Thank you so much Rosie, I am learning so much from you. Can’t wait to come visit you at Harry’s. I am helping a friend with her garden, in planning mode at the moment and then we will visit for the big shop up 😀
Excellent selection of plants and a great idea to concentrate on a theme eg growing conditions. Perhaps in the future you could recommend plants for dry shade 💚💚💚
Loved this video thank you for the information, so helpful to discuss the growing styles of each plant so we know where to plant it in the bed and if it self seeds.
I love all these and the only one that I have currently in my mixed border is Sanguisorba - but I have Sanguisorba Officinalis 'Tanna', not the Menziesii variety. I have four Sanguisorba plants however the flowers keep flopping over and cannot be seen unless I walk up to them and search for them. Is there a trick to keeping them upright? I'm sure they do not need to be staked. I am going to look for the other plants you have featured. I am in mid winter currently in Melbourne Australia however our soil is still warm from the past summer so I think I can plant perennials still and get them established. Thanks for this wonderful video with your great explanations!
