Do you ever wanna cry when you're listening to a song, but not because of the song itself, but the memories attached to it? I can only listen to a song for enjoyment for a few months before it becomes a bookmark of a time in my life. As I type this and listen to this amazing cover, I am holding back tears because I can't listen to it without having memories of early 2013 being shot at me like a bullet. When I think of early 2013, it's kinda like "Oh yeah! That was pretty cool." but then when I hear this song, all the vivid memories come flooding back to me. Maybe it's just me and I need to calm down a bit, but this song really does mean a lot to me.
i know no one will probably care but i love how much this fits me and my girlfriends first time meeting we are a long distance couple and the first time we were able to meet we had less than 24 hours together and she had to leave EARLY in the morning to go back home and this matches perfectly with that night. i just love finding music that fits moments in my life :p its nice to have a song that can take your mind back to good moments in your life.
