@Rubyredskin Ammunition isn't good indefinitely and unfired rounds have to be replaced at certain intervals to minimize the likelihood of a malfunction when it really matters. We would take the expired rounds out to the middle of nowhere and use them for practice instead of just destroying them with C4. I'd venture to say that we were minimizing waste and using the resources we were given to the best of our ability.
