Wheelchair passenger should just voice his discontent, take down the bus number and complain to the bus company. Waste everyone time and still want to call police for just a small matter. Don’t be self entitled. Live and let live. Everybody lives not easy now. You don’t know what the bus driver went through that day. Just complain and let the company handle it.

If that's the place for stroller, then might as well called it as stroller accessible bus instead of wheelchair accessible bus? Come on la the person who have stroller be it u came in first or later that place should be vacate out IF there Is a wheelchair passenger going to board. In my opinion.
Agree! Wheelchair has priority over pram, as stated on a notice in every bus. Moreover, 2 kids were occupying the foldable seat. If the kids vacate the seat, it can be folded to allow space for a wheelchair. The pram should be folded or moved, as per the stated rules. The driver mismanaged the situation and the parent of the kids should also do his/her part.
