Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls Recipe!🍑

These are the softest, fluffiest, most wonderful cinnamon rolls ever, in my humble opinion😌
Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls Recipe🍑:
First brown 3/4 C of butter so it has time to cool. 1/2 cup will be used in the filling and 1/4 cup will be used for the frosting.
Dough:
1 C warm milk
2 1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 eggs
1/2 C butter, melted
1/2 C sugar
1 tsp salt
4 C bread flour
1. Pour milk and yeast in bowl of stand mixer.
2. Add eggs, butter, sugar, and mix with the paddle attachment.
3. Mix in salt and flour, let rest 5 minutes. Replace paddle attachment with dough hook and knead for 7 minutes.
4. Place in a greased bowl, cover with a warm, damp cloth and let rise 30 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 375.
Filling:
1/2 C browned butter
3/4 C brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 C heavy cream
2 C diced peaches (about 4-5 peaches)
1. In a medium bowl, stir together brown sugar and cinnamon.
2. Roll dough into 24x15 inch rectangle. Spread evenly with browned butter and brown sugar mixture, top with peaches.
3. Carefully roll up and cut into 12 rolls. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish, cover with wax paper and rise for 20 minutes.
4. Warm heavy cream and pour over the rolls.
Crumble Topping:
3/4 C flour
1/2 C brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 C butter, melted
1. In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
2. Crumble over top of the rolls.
3. Bake for 27-30 minutes, until golden brown. If they start to brown quickly on top, cover with foil.
Browned Butter Frosting:
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 C browned butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp heavy cream
1 C powdered sugar
1. In a medium bowl, use a hand mixer to beat the cream cheese and browned butter together.
2. Add vanilla, heavy cream, and powdered sugar.
3. Transfer to a piping bag and drizzle over rolls while still warm.
