    Peaty is the 2016 Olympic champion, 2015 world champion, the 2014 and 2016 European champion, and 2014 Commonwealth champion in 100 metre breaststroke, the 2015 World champion and 2014 European champion in 50 metre breaststroke.

    His rhythm is entirely different than the other Olympians. He does not pause. It's seamless between the arms and legs...

    His knees are really close, compared to the others, which minimises drag. His stroke rate is crazy, so powerful.

    Why peaty is so fast his kick is narrow two he has a insane stroke rate amd three he keeps his stroke at his chest not neck i ve learned all of this and now i am really fast in breastroke also because ima breastroker

      @@kalantzisevangelos841 when you scoop towards yourself don't go super far and touch your elbows to your chest, try pulling a little less to where your neck is if you drew a line straight down from it into the water when you are out of the water at the begging of your pull

      @@hkennemer1 ahhhhhh thanks,do you know any tips for breastroke with scoliosis?My one shoulder goes higher than the other and i kinda go left not straight

      @@kalantzisevangelos841 yeah one of my friends has shoulder problems and has trouble with the pull, if it's not something you could heal with a doctor I would recommend swimming gently but if it starts to hurt stop, and also it veered to the left is because you pull harder on the lower shoulder, just try to have an even pull from both arms to fix thst

      @@notgadot I was referring to him in the 200m breaststroke. Top 10 is very generous for him in that event.

      I get what he means but no, the whole thing that breaststroke’s aim for is to kind of be a fluent wave so what looks like a dolphin kick is just them goin a bit deep I. The water and the. Coming back up
