I have Macbook Pro m2 max, but to load the model it is taking to much time, in total it is taking total of 40 min for a 5sec video, am i doing something wrong or how can we use GPU in that, and also when i check the activity monitor, it is using around 28 to 30GB of RAM, any suggestion to decrease the time

Yes , for average animation, use Animat LCM is good enough. If animation need details, then go for V3 MM. I don't think 10 sec or a minute faster generate is an advantage for animation.
