YES !!! I've just found where this issue is hidden ! I have the same trouble on my FCX24 for a long time and i 've decided to dismantle the transmitter today, because it became undrivable. Open the transmitter, take the steering wheel potentiometer apart, open it (unfold the 3 claws carefully), clean the tracks and the thin metal sliders with a cotton swab + contact cleaner liquid and re-assemble the whole transmitter. The servo wobbling has completely disappeared. It work like a new product.😊
Thank you for addressing this problem. I've had servos burn out from the jitter. Same problem developed. in 3 trucks soon after purchase. FM'S did not respond to my emails. That was more than a couple of months ago. Moved on to a different radio system.
I have had mine for about a year and I found that after changing the battery’s in the remote all the twitching is gone and the truck is more responsive, hope this helps!!
Until I realized it was the pots on the radio, I about flipped my lid trying to tune the slow crawl on the brushless setups because the throttle would do that as the trigger was being pulled, making the motor start and stop.
I had shivering in my Rock Van I have bought used...maybe I was lucky, but first I have put in allready used batteries, so my first thought was, lets put a fresh battery set in the transmitter. The shivering then was gone 🙂
I just had this similar issue with my recently purchased Hobby Plus CR18P Harvest EVO. I posted a video of it here - ruclips.net/video/KfkhV50h_AQ/видео.html. If it was not for this video I would not have been able to figure this out so quickly. Thank you very much for all you do for the hobby.
So i have been dealing with this problem a lot, i have many miles on my fcx24. I am currently on my 3rd transmitter, and each time the new one totally fixes the problem, but then it comes back later. What people are saying is to open the transmitter and check the wire that is plugged into the potentiometer- saying that it can come slightly unplugged. When my newest controller starts doing this again i will open it up, try to fix it, and let you know how it worked. I am guessing with considerable use we will have the same problems with the cr18p which i have on orde, but maybe not due to some factory calibration settings or something. (Its cool that you calibrated the fcx24 though! Even though it didnt help)
On my flysky g7p, the steering and throttle pots can be jittery like that near center. If I beat on it or slap the wheel in both ways a few times, it usually stops for awhile. Super frustrating, actually. Thanks for sharing Donald.
I wonder how you found this video? I cannot see it under my vids, did already delete and reupload it, did set it on "public" 5 times, still does not show up for me on my channel. If there wouldn't have been comments, I would again have deleted it...
@@texomarc Still does not show up in my vids, also does not receive emails about comments... strange. Will wait now... changed settings several times to solve this problem, but no success. If people get it in their feed, ok. Thank you!
I had the same transmiter issue like this from my fms lc80 V2, same transmiter, or maybe the same look but the V1 version. At first it works fine, but later the issue goes really bad. You can reproduce the problem by heavily shake your transmiter without touching the direction wheel, and the servo will shiver. Many people had this same issue can be fixed by changing the battery to a fully charged one for the transmiter, apparently when battery has low power it can cause this issue. But mine was not, I guess it's another issue with my case. I also bought the recent FCX24 Max Smasher, same look transmiter, haven't had this issue yet. Maybe the transmiter has been improved, or the issue hasn't come yet.
Tried your "blow"... unfortunately did not help. I can exclude moisture as problem (the more now after using this spray). Probably potentiometer has to be changed. Very strange, did not run my FCX24 a lot so far.
Had it on my FMS LC80 as well. Temporary fix was contact cleaner right inside the potentiometer. In the end I had to move to another radio for other reasons and no more shivering

Came up in my subs tab like normal. I’ve had that happen too. Strange.

@@gooberpea8134 OK, thank you. Still cannot see it in my channel, and do not get messages for comments...
I have found that a low (not dead) battery in the transmitter has caused this problem for me.
I will check. I use NiMH rechargable batteries.
Same here 😌

Try new batteries in the transmitter.
New transmitter batteries fixed my jitters.
I Tossed my 4 AAAs in the Garbage, and installed 4 Brand New Duracell. Perfect. All Gone. Shooo..
Moisture or dust in the potentiometer. Strangely my fcx can not reverse in forward/brake/reverse mode.

@@donaldsneffe that's real unfortunate. Can you bind to both without rebinding everytime?

@@manuelperarnau6833 Unfortunately did not help, see my "additional video".
Try rebinding with the throttle trim in different positions. That's what fixed mine.
Did you try cleaning the trim pot too?
No... maybe I should try.
