KLM 787-9 World Business Class KUL-AMS Review

Flying on the World Business Class onboard KLM’s Boeing 787-9 on a 14 hour flight from Kuala Lumpur to Amsterdam.
While the hard product is good, it is let down by the lacklustre catering from Amsterdam. However, the cabin crew were friendly and the seats are comfortable enough for a solid 6-7 hours sleep.

Schiphol-Tokyo! Great food, great service, was already a sleep after 15 mimutes, great beverages, clear and clean announcements, great entertainment, excellent fligt attendants!

Welcome to the "beautiful" world of KLM!! Terrible seats, disgusting food, ridiculous amount of food, announcements from pilot/cabin crew that no one cam understand.

KLM seats aren’t that horrible unless you’re taller than 2 meters. The announcements, i think it’s a YOU problem.
