For the female with no name, what about "Moonlight" as her name? Or "Crescent" because: 1) sometimes gators lie like that, in a crescent shape 2) her colors kinda make me think of the phases of the moon 3)so her name also start with C

Markings remind me of a skunk or honey badger which depending on personality might work. Could go cookies and cream if you want to keep up with food names but not Oreo. Cream for shorts you have coconut cream duo. Or since she's sort of a pied, you could do cream pie we're just cream then you would have a coconut cream pie(d). No food or animals maybe Mohawk... hmmm 🤔 have to keep thinking these are just the first few that come to mind
I've always wanted to name a reptile Tsuki which is moon in Japanese and the splochy grey on her back reminds me of the moon or you could name her Cheyenne just because it starts with a C like Coconut
Marble black diamond because of her coloring it's so beautiful just the way it looks in the way her tail is it just got that beautiful marbling in her body's got it too she looks like beautiful black marbled diamond

Cheetahs have white fur down the center of their back until they reach adulthood, like that gator’s white on its back, so maybe you could do something cheetah related. Azaad is a good one from The Lion Guard.
Coconut is beautiful and I have been reading comments for a possible name for the other gator and even though there are a lot of good suggestions none really sound proper I think they should be named similar but unique I'm thinking you should keep it in the tropical fruit family and can be for a boy or girl. And one of my favorite is simple, sweet and speckled inside that go together it's KIWI AND COCONUT kinda sounds good together !
