My alarm clock rings, and I get out of bed slowly. First, I go to the bathroom to wash my face and brush my teeth. The cold water helps me feel fresh and awake. After that, I go to the kitchen to make breakfast. I like to eat toast with butter and jam. Sometimes, I eat eggs too. I always drink a cup of hot coffee. It gives me energy for the day. Next, I do some light exercise. I stretch and do yoga for about 15 minutes in my living room. Exercise helps me feel strong and ready for work. At 7:30 a.m., I get dressed and leave my house.
