ITIC investigates - Lisdoonvarna and the effect of a loss of hotel beds to a tourism town

There has been much talk this week about the impact on the tourism industry of Government contracts with hotels to accommodate Ukrainian refugees and asylum seekers. The Irish Tourism Industry Confederation (ITIC) travelled to Lisdoonvarna in County Clare to see first-hand how the town has been affected by a loss of its tourism accommodation.
