Fundamental questions I will ask : 1) It is LRS (Layout Regularisation Scheme) not Plot Regularisation Scheme, then why should the plot owners be penalised and are burdened with the payment as if they have formed the Layout without following the government norms? 2) Isn't the Layout developers supposed to follow the norms and pay to regularising them, if it is not as per norms? 3) Comparing the supposed road areas and open space areas with the actual road areas and open space areas, for any difference the layout developer should be fined. Then govt should tell them to regularise i.e., make changes as per the norms, instead of taking money and the actual layout will remain the same. Conclusion: Layout developer will not follow the norms, sell the plots, then the plot owner has to pay for LRS

Hi we buyed the plot at that time the government rate is 2,000rs per sq yard in the year 2003 now the government price is 7,000 so now LRS will calculate on 7,000rs or 2,000rs....please help me out...Thank you..!!
