There are many micro brands doing fresh small batch coffees where the roasting and grinding of the coffee beans is done only after they receive your order. You can check out beans like Paragraph, Blue Tokai, Tata Sonnet and many other. They are a little expensive, but if one can afford it, its hard to go back.
