Janine’s question basically have only one answer. Do you honestly think she would said English is a requirement? Didn’t Filipino nutcases said Miss Universe need to speak English in 2011 because their precious Shamcey was the only one in the top 5 not to use an interpreter? Olivia winning and Janine getting that question was karma in its purest form.
Miss Venezuela’s answer wasn’t the best and cost her the title. She was the heavy favorite from the start and denied Venezuela their 8th Miss Universe crown!

Venezuela - Loved the Glitter stripes on her shoulders and wrists.
USA - Great Gown but too baggy and I dont like that you can see the white underneath.
Hungary - Too simple compared to everyone else.
South Africa - The cape ruins the gown but Robbed from top 5.
Mexico - It looks like a swimsuit with half the dress covered half not.
Philippines - Great walk. Not a fan of the bust part of the gown but The rest looks flawless.

True. A lot of the girls were more deserving in 2012. I mean, bashing aside, I never really felt that Olivia was prepared to compete in this pageant back then. Look at how the other ladies walked. Olivia’s walk is one of the weakest in the millennial years of MU.

I'm not a pageant expert, but I'm an avid fan of Miss Universe.
For me that year 2012 has some great ladies in the Top 10.
Almost all ladies basically blew me away.
However that lady in red doesn't or shouldn't even belong in the Top 10.
I mean, I wish anyone from the Top 10 would have won the title but not Miss USA.
I love Olivia Culpo now but based on her performance in MU2012, I still can't fathom her triumph.
