Nice Decklist. I'm always happy when people realize how important Polymerization is in this Deck, and how they shouldn't be that afraid of playing over 40 cards.
Instead of the second shadow myst i use solid. Is really good but also risky since usually if you want to use him you need to use one search on him and a lof of the time to go full combo you also want to search another stratos to extend the combo to the point you always have plasma, phoenyx destroyer and dark law with the trap for neos wingman, at minimum. If you can avoid their ash is a really powerfull combo piece, especially after malicious was totally unbanned. Obv in this case 3 emergency call are necessary if you ask me, but I usually think they are very good in every omni hero deck. I feel like I can cut easier the destiny fusion instead. Another good card to extend combos to plasma and the rest and also draw is cross keeper, the only problem is the fact that is not a hero and this name problematic make him a brick in some situation. Still after 47/48 cards it feels fine. And since I never saw no one using it I would like to suggest, if you can find the space and you use 2 poli (and especially with extenders for your combo), consider putting in your extra deck neos aqua. Sometimes when I have 1 poli in my hand and I'm going first is very good to use one poli for sunrise and the other for the phoenix, then the wonder driver effect to use again miracle and fuse wingman this way to summon neos aqua and discard one card from the opponent hand. Obv you need also a discard, so situational but still I use this a lot more then the dread decimator. For the liquid discussion. I don't think is essential now, but is a good tool especially if you use absolute zero and/or acid. And maybe I'm a bad person but if I use kuriboh is only as a material for plasma instead of intelligent ways to burn.
In masterduel I had tried your last build and enjoyed it a lot. I would really recommend pot of prosperity. I would rather draw into the pop of p. instead. Although I miss liquid a LOT and zero, I felt like I was losing more games with it just for the chance at a dice roll of drawing what I need. My favorite chain link was wonder driver -> liquid -> wingman search. * I agree with the two shadow mist. If you only run one shadow mist and one mask change, but say you need to foolish or faris the mist, your out of a dark law play unless you draw/open mask change. From what I notice from my games, I end up saying how if I had dark law or a second mask change to pull out the other dark law to dodge say imperm, I would have just won with him alone. I would run the two shadow mists and two mask changes. When I was running 3 mask changes, it felt like a brick because there would be games I say open x1 Stratos, x1 Max C, x2 Mask Change, x1 Ash. I summon stratos and it just gets ashed instead of imp. Great, can't dodge the ash lol. * I am agreeing heavily with the x3 books/ Dark ruler no more/ Evenly Match, because to me, hero alone does not have enough gas to get through these boards (in master duel) that have at least 5 disruptions. * Winged Kuriboh.. I'm still in the middle. GREAT effect, just hate opening with it instead of say our starters and going.. "If this wasn't in the deck I could've opened with this..." When I take it out, I'm not losing because I don't have kuriboh, but rather just hand traps or going second against these 5+ disruption boards. I once opened, Neos, Kurbioh, Plasma, A hero lives, and Malicious... Didn't feel too great to the one ash blossom my opponent had. * Rivalry didn't help me too much or didn't win me games. Must be more helpful in TCG, but I rather open stratos and make my board than open Rivalry.

I just don't like playing with more than 40 cards because I don't have enough sleeves for main and side with same collor 😅

I would rather use dystopia over dangerous and I have use in 2 wake up to otk alot
And I usually don't run Dread Decimator. Like there are times he's useful but I would rather have another wake up instead
If you play well wonder you can cut poly AND maskchnage

ATM no, but my Neos /Yubel deck has the spacians in it.
