is it possible to use it for commercial usage?
Yes. All the quickstarts in the timefold-quickstarts repository are Apache License and use Timefold Solver under the Apache License.
Timefold also offers a REST API for a ready-made model for complex enterprise employee scheduling too, with 40+ constraints out of the box. That's proprietary, but it's build on the same open source solver.
