I like to imagine that that one kid in the beginning who recognized Willjum actually had no idea it was him, he just runs up to to everyone at the start of wipe screaming WILLJUM hoping to get lucky.

Ah, the classic series that gives the best type of feeling. A base that is built in your contradiction, the most amount of rugs possible, and a cozy, yet exciting soundtrack.

A Willjum upload is like the final piece to a cozy weekend
Fun little interaction I've found being a fisherman/diver myself for so long: stay barefoot and have all your armor/clothing slots full (the classic Willjum semi-prim fit works perfectly), keep your bandana in the slot closest to your inventory and put your flippers in your hotbar. When you jump in the water, hit the flippers and they'll swap out your bandana, leaving it in the same place on the hotbar. When you jump out of the water, hit the bandana and the same thing happens in reverse.
It's so amazing to watch your genius brainstorming come to its fruition as you build, my friend. Glad you were able to get that bunker to work out. Looking forward to part 2!!
It’s always nice when Willjum gets back to the basics and roots with rust gameplay that’s usually fast and action packed in other creators vids, to goofy chill and a sprinkle of pvp here and there that I can sleep to. great work keep it up
Thats so true, i miss playing rust in 2017 with the homies, farming, waiting for the 3 furnaces to melt enough sulfur for a raid, and then to wait for the dudes to get online from school to raid. Aw man, i wish more streamers/youtubers would show us more behind the scenes in rust, rather than 75% heavy PvP , 20% raid, 5% rig/cargo montages.
Honestly ever since combat update I see lack of story and actual just bang bang guy dead big loot. 20 percent of the game is pvp the rest is very important to the experience. The issue with mainstream creators is that they show mostly pvp and Maybe a montage of farming, this takes away our feeling and love for rust because we’ve seen pvp for so many years that rust feels like cod now with just shooting and never farming player interaction etc etc
@@t-cup-man938 Exactly, but not only are we tired of seeing pvp, we're tired ofot ever seeing non mainstream monuments being done, it feels boring af seeing every single rust youtuber do rig, rig, rig and only rig, like, where MTunnels? WTPlant? TrainYard? Even Launchsite or Dish who barely barely EVER got looted (atleast when i used to play, which last time was in 2021's quarentine).
I feel like im missing the game's fullest potencial by simply seeing the same thing over and over again, for the 1000th time, "Oooh my best wipe, im gonna go to LRig after only 2 hours of wipe... oh guys look, cargo is out bla bla bla" like damn, wheres the rest? Chinook crates even exist anymore? Helloooo?

You encapsulate the Rust experience for many players and that's what makes you special. As much as I enjoy PvP, people sometimes like to watch a playthrough they would do themselves. Few wins, few losses, celebrate the small stuff like realising you can bunker a random start base etc. When I feel like playing Rust, but don't feel like committing a day+ to a wipe, I'm glad I have your videos.
I don't even play Rust but watching you is one of the most relaxing thing to do when I am stressed. Thanks man!

I'm watching this in 2024, I've had Rust for a couple years but never played it. Been inspired by your videos to actually give it a try and I have like 50 hours now.
