Hey guys i have a new way of defeating true voltage
First equip umbra helmet then galvanized vest
After that talk to him, after that you need to count to 2 after that dash out of the way
Secondly after you do that, you need to back dash until you think its good enough to attack after that follow my steps, 2 back dash then 1 side dash and also wait for him to use the huge punch then you can hit him

Lets be honest, the fight isnt that hard, you just need to have a perfect timing and be not so close either too far from Voltage. Just wait he use his Kick ability and then attack him.
