Went here about 3 years ago and was one of the best experiences I've had in the 6 cruises I've been on
This video doesn't do justice to how awesome this spot is.
Every resort will have someone (staff not front desk) that can hook you up with a local driver to take you there. We paid 80 total for 2 people to get in and have a driver. Highly recommend that route. It's cheaper than through the resort or a cruise and it actually goes right to people in the community.
If you are on a cruise it's the best way to spend your day. Nearly all the attractions in jamacia (dunns river, dolphins, horseback riding) are owned by foreign businesses. Blue hole is a locally operated attraction that benefits the people of Ocho Rios directly.
They provide life jackets for kids and people that cannot swim.

I'm confused I went to blue hole in ochio rios but this part id different from the part I went to..
Its 15$ US, yet Royal Caribbean wants 129$ for that excursion. What a joke
