Hi men, I bought a Konica Auto S2, but the film cover is stuck, it doesn't open when I pull the lever to rewind, do you know how to solve this problem?
Well, if you stop in San Francisco, (the fog finally reappeared after two separate heat waves) North Beach, Chinatown and Sausalito are all looking good. A drive through the Presidio from Arguello is pretty cool too. (crossing the bridge is always epic, especially if there's no fog) (I've been in the better part of the Mission district since 1978)
I love San Francisco, I used to live in OC, my GF in those days lived in Yreka, and went to school at UC Davis, so I've driven up and down the cost many times. I won't be getting to the west coast this trip, we'll be a couple days in Honolulu, and the rest of the trip will be in NYC.
BE CAREFUL doing business with Japan VIntage Cameras. He accepted equipment from me to work on and he is not responding to communications about the status of the repair. It has been over a month. He has ghosted me and has not responded to emails inquiring about the status of the job. As far as I am concerned he has stolen my equipment. Please beware of his practices.

Sadly mine gave up the ghost after 2 solid years of use in the early 2020's. The lens is fabulous. I've kept it; might get it fixed one day.
