Best part is the ladies while doing the foot spa, they didn't even take their eyes off the feet. With concentration and pure dedication they did their job. No distractions. Kudos.

@@shavesandmassages I suspect this is because of cultural differences. Washing legs may feel like something beneath us, while necessary services like cutting hairs/shaving are perceived as normal. In the result, we are used to doing so many things alone and that is fine, but being served is also a nice thing to experience and that is what people are paying for. Luckily, we still have massages, probably because it was too good to pass on ;), but the con is, it's so expensive in Europe, so this is something rare and people are not used to taking such services, which makes them rare and even more expensive - circle closes.
Funny thing is, that some people don't like being massaged, but like to massage others. My cousin chose the physiotherapy just because of that. I was surprised, because I didn't know that one could feel that way. I always assumed, that massaging is boring, while being massaged is super relaxing for everybody, but it turned out, I was wrong,..

These places are everywhere, they’re just mainly geared towards females. But there’s no reason a man can’t visit.
That's true but the fact they're geared toward female makes them that little bit different. You'll never be shaved nor do you get a 1 course with all included

To think that it's bad to have sebum on your scalp! Ha! If you notice extra dryness on your scalp after something like this, you will know why.
I'm not sure anyone said it's bad though. And I also doubt the treatment aimed at making my scalp more dry. From what I've seen it's rather classic exfoliation, cleaning and moisturising
@@shavesandmassages No it certainly didn't aim to make your scalp more dry, but by highlighting sebum, it's implied that its presence is something to take care of. You're right, it's probably exfoliation but it's rare to have that effort made for the scalp. A bigger concern is when people try to remove sebum from their pores. It causes dryness and leaves the skin vulnerable to infection.

My camera is on a tripod. But if you're using just the tripod, you're missing out on a lot of the action :)

Imo too much noise. I couldn't hear ANY of the razor sounds during the straight razor shave. Don't know if the mic wasn't close enough or what, but the background noise drowned out a lot of the good sounds that would have been nice to hear.
Yeah I'm not sure that's possible in this place as during the shave there is the head spa thing bubbling away and the massage bed doing it's work
