He got robbed by the umpire on a double that was called foul that went over 1st base.......Casty and Harper hit well, but everyone else stunk it up.......Bohm is the scapegoat, and to give up on a guy who makes 1/3 of what JT, Casty, Haper, Trea & Kyle make is ridiculous....whatever, this team is old and will get older getting rid of him
The Phillies should NOT trade Bohm, he does NOT deserve all the hate and blame he’s getting! He was spectacular in the first 2/3 of the season! Everyone forgets when he was leading the team in RBI’s and his extended on base streaks! We wouldn’t have made it that far without him! I think the derby, and the injury ruined the end for him! If he addresses the mental aspect of the game, and gets back to the plate approach that he started the season with then he will be back to his AllStar self! Always a fan of #28! I apologize for the long comment, but I feel very passionate about this!
A Soto signing and the winter meetings cannot come soon enough bc all this speculation the entire past month has become utterly tiring... I have given up depending on this offense to be consistent enough the entire playoffs ro win it all so therefore I would switch the focus more to pitching and with that #1 on my wish list is Crochet... Imagine Painter & Him being lefty & righty co-aces for the Phils for the next decade plus while we have Zack for 3 more years!!! And although I love Ranger we won't be able to pay him if we get Crochet so i would leverage him into a filler for Bohm at 3rd while we wait for Aiden Miller to come up...
Sports media is absolutely insufferable during the off season because guys are desperate for something to talk about. Every rumor becomes a story no matter how absurd or unlikely. Best to just ignore this until spring.
