Holostars are so underrated. I love Hololive, but I kinda wish they were a bit more involved with Holostars, you barely see them even congratulate them on their milestones and it just feels kinda sad.
Yeah, the only ones who seem to interact with the boys are Fubuki, Matsuri, and sometimes Sora. I don't think I've ever seen any of the other girls interact with them. In fact I didn't even know holostars existed until I heard pekora offhandedly mention them when answering a marshmallow.

Hello everyone, editor for Holostars Gen 1 here! I hope everyone enjoyed the video! If you haven't already, please do spread some love for the boys, they really do deserve every last bit of support! This video was actually my very first experience editing a Hololive video since I only recently joined the team and I'm absolutely humbled by how experienced everyone was. It was a great opportunity working together with Aonahara (I've actually learnt lots from everyone) and I'm looking forward to future projects with them! But yes, I'm really grateful to be given the chance to actually give back to Hololive despite not being able to support them monetarily and will only continue to do so like this. Hope to see some of you guys on their livestreams one day (if anyone is a MioFa, we'll see each other hehe)

Girls have more pull when it comes to getting people to watch initially, especially for Japanese viewers, but I think the nijisanji guys' popularity shows that once people get introduced to them regularly they realise they can be just as entertaining. It's sad that we don't see hololive's popularity spill over to holostars. I'm hopeful for a potential Holostars EN as I think that would take off considerably better, and that might boost the holostars brand quite a bit.

I've barely watched any of Holostars before. This video I think was an amazing compilation for each of them. I heard Kira has since graduated which is a shame, he was truly a meme king. Nonetheless this video has really inspired me to branch out and watch more Holostars and male vtubers in general! I think Aruran and Izuru were my favorites here, both were really funny and Izuru also has a great voice and guitar skills. As for the video itself the editing was top notch, I was laughing my ass off. And some of the emotional moments really hit hard as well. Rikka seems to be a super emotional guy, and I really vibe with that as well. Thinking about how he wants all his colleagues to share in his success is so sweet I'm tearing up writing this comment. So, I've been wondering for a while, but how do meet and greets with VTubers work? Miyabi mentions it in the clip starting at 3:02, and the logistics of it are confusing as hell.
The fans (or curious onlookers) visit a booth or stand where they talk to a Vtuber one-on-one via a camera+mic and computer screen setup. There’s gonna be another meet-and-greet fest in a week, for example, and it’s going to be done via Zoom. The cool part of that is overseas fans can participate since you don’t have to physically be in Japan for it to work.

I share everyone's wishes for more attention to the holostars boys. I will try to give them more attention too.
Im so happy to see them get more fans and love. Falling into this rabbit hole has been a decision I don't regret. I want to experience more with them, I want to keep relying on them just a but more to make my day a little better. I can't wait til all of them get a 3D debute, and are just as popular and loved as their onee-sans.

This was so cool to watch, i cried hahahah. I hope this years comes with a lot of good things for holostars they really deserve it. Also the Miyabi and Rikka parts were too emotional for me, really all of them are great, i dream of a day when every holostar member has a 3D model haha, we can do it this year!. The song Rikka composed is so cool i always listen to it .

@@sleeplessknight173 Temma just passed the 50K mark, which means they are all qualified to get 3D now, since now all of them are above 50K, and that is the minimum requirement. So it may happen sooner than we think!
@@alexandriaorcld6365 I really hope so, it would be great if a holostars en could boost their popularity, cause half of their problem is the lack of exposure and translations. If a lot of people from the west learn about them the there will be a lot more people willing to translate for holostars and then they could quite possibly sky rocket

So, I've been wondering for a while, but how do meet and greets with VTubers work? Miyabi mentions it in the clip starting at 3:02, and the logistics of it are confusing as hell.
The fans (or curious onlookers) visit a booth or stand where they talk to a Vtuber one-on-one via a camera+mic and computer screen setup.
There’s gonna be another meet-and-greet fest in a week, for example, and it’s going to be done via Zoom. The cool part of that is overseas fans can participate since you don’t have to physically be in Japan for it to work.
