Katie, that's stunning 😍! I felt like I'm standing g behind branches of the pine tree, and I watched the sunset. Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing your beautiful paintings with us.

Beautiful my friend! I love the composition even though you didn't have as much blue as you wanted. ❤
Thank you so much Garrick 😊 I saw you do a wandering straight pour recently, and it was beautiful ❤️

Liked it👌👌👍👍
Too great skills👌👌
You got talent❤❤
Best of Luck💕💕
Wow, thank you 😊 🙏
Gorgeous 🔥❤️🔥💥
Thank you 😊
Beautiful
Thank you so much ☺️ ❤️❤️❤️
Wow!! That is gorgeous!! The left side where the aqua green is looks almost 3-d...really pretty, love the composition! If you move down while pouring, you would get all the colors but a more bold look. Or when you pour upward when you get to the end of the cup come back alittle with it to keep more of the blue.❤
Thank you so much! Great advice 😊
Fantástico ❤
Thank you 😊
Katie so beautiful. ❤❤❤

I think it’s pretty! What size is your canvas? Thank you for all you share with us.
Thank you 😊 16×20
Wow, gorgeous as usual Katie.
Btw, what an interesting factoid you just shared with us. It got me thinking...
I'm going to guess that the purple in dioxy purple, and the green in the phthalo cancel each other out (aren't they opposites on the color wheel?)
And what you're left with is a slightly darker shade of blue. (Maybe.)
Hi,thank you.Across from purple or violet on the color wheel is yellow. These are what's called complimentary colors. Usually, when you mix 2 complimentary colors (especially in fluid art), you get mud. What is unusual about mixing a dioxazine purple with Pthalo green is getting blue (blue is a primary color that you generally can't get by mixing 2 secondary colors) it's fascinating. The color you get is a grayed down ultramarine.
@@katiestienessenart oops yes. I'd forgotten. I had a weird one recently with phthalo turquoise, dioxy purple and white. It didn't go muddy, it was sort of both at once.
