Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma Manipur has not seen violence for the first time and that state has witnessed killing of civilians, police and army personnel since last 75 years and throughout this time Congress party was in power.
Sarma while speaking in Guwahati said that in 1990, 300 people were killed and it was the congress government then. “In 1993, 1100 people died, in 1997 400 people were killed, in 2001, 95 people died.
