You must have a defective device. I purchased my M1s in Dec 23. I haven’t had any problems with Bluetooth connections. I have several Bluetooth devices paired with the M1s and they all work well, no drop outs. The only Bluetooth device that will not pair properly to the M1s are the Apple AirPods Pro, they will not stay connected. All other devices I’ve connected to the M1s all work well.
