No company's going to take a return on a mystery box, let alone the Funko Shop.
I mean was it really a mystery box? Funko is out of touch because they should know what a mystery box is, but decided to just throw a bunch of duplicates in a box and call it a “mystery box”. I know if it was another company they would be getting destroyed. But I get your comment.
They won't allow you to return them. This happened to me and I reached out to funko. They basically said "too bad so sad" 😠
I would email them for sure. Crazy you bought 10 and essentially only got 2 pops.
Funko just dumped a bunch of Thor and Cinderella in your mystery box. That was definitely them just trying to get rid of inventory... 🤣

This happened to me before. I bought 6 venom mystery box and received 6 exact same box. I emailed Funko customer service and ask for return. They didn’t accept return and kept saying all pops are selected in random. I have never bought any mystery box from Funko after that. So disgusting.
OMG this was hilarious. One positive, you can now corner the market on Cinderella and Thor so the price may go up.

Pop in a box did that to me. I did 4 orders and the sent me 5 LeBron James, 5 of the same WWE Wrestler, 5 of the same Walt Disney Small World Character & 5 of the same Mortal Engines Character. Luckily I was able to get a full refund. I feel your pain.
In the Minato Anime Mystery Box, Funko Gave me two Madaras and a Tsunade. In the same order I already bought the Tsunade and the Glow Madara 🤦♂️
