I absolutely loved this episode! What I loved most about it was the genuine authenticity throughout the entire conversation. The willingness to delve into real, unfiltered discussions and share personal experiences in such a raw and honest way is so refreshing. Especially when it comes from people who are well known & who some people would perceive living a perfect glamorous life. Also just to quickly add I love what Sara quoted, "You can’t appreciate the highs if you don't get the lows." Please keep these kind of episodes coming !

The first part of this podcast was really interesting as the participants reflected on the fashion industry from the standpoint of the models. Then it lost a bit of depth when the conversation shifted towards some standard and quite superficial topics. But overall it was good, everyone seems very nice. One aspect that I think was not very clear is that Sara actually went to college (I am not sure how many classes she attended but I remember reading somewhere she was enrolled in a Applied Math degree - pretty impressive!). Also, I got curious about something mentioned in the podcast, when the models are in a city and are not working (like Sara mentioned about her time in Paris when she first started modeling), what do they do? I guess now with so many online resources, they could take some online classes :) ).

PS the self defense mechanism is common to July 21sth born. U just need to avoid being in stress so u can actually stop activating ur defence mechanism. This mechanism has to do with ur senstitivity and the feeling u did something wrong ;)
