I will never understand why glowing base products release for summer. I go from glow to sweaty in anything over 85 degrees and `in the winter when my skin is dull the last thing I want is matte. I guess that’s just my issue because brands seem to release the opposite way.
I totally agree! Iv always wondered about this too! I love a satin look in the summer and glowy skin in the fall winter. Glad im not the only one

I don't know if this will help anyone...but I recently saw Charlotte Tilbury demo this stick on UK TV and she brought it down onto the neck, added her airbrush powder and setting spray and once she did that everything came together and looked really nice.
Tania I think this product looks lovely on you. 😊 I think it's one of those products you have to play with and find what works best for you in terms of wear.

I have no intention of getting the foundation stick. I just enjoy watching your videos! I'm so over the glowy look although I do like a bit of glow on my cheek bones. It just looks sweaty or greasy to me all over the face. Thanks, Tania!
We usually wear the same foundation shades, and I got 7.5 and I actually love it. I do have pretty good skin and dry skin and I think it wears really pretty in real life. I don't think it looks great on camera/in front of beauty lights but in natural light and every day it makes me look fresh, sunkissed and Dewy. And while you don't love it, I actually think it looks great on you ! (As far as I can tell lol) Thanks for the review!

I got shade 7.5 I’m about your skin tone but getting tan and looking at the shades I agree 100% it’s glowy and should shade up for sure and use concealer and setting powder!

I have been using the hourglass setting powder you recommended awhile back and love it! But coming from an oily girly… you definitely need to reapply the powder throughout the night. I’ll have to try the RMS. Also being oily, I’ll definitely pass on this CT foundation.
Hi Tania! I have regrets, ordered 6 online and hate how tin man it is! For the price I have to return it. At first I was like ok, I’ll use it as Flawless Filter….but for the cost I’d rather buy another high end foundation instead. Wish I waited for your review 😅❤

Btw I can't wait to get my hands on that Rephr brush! I have been asking them forever to come out with a BK Beauty 101 type and concealer brush or Sonja G style with darker bristles. Then I will buy multiples! Their brushes are my favorite except for their cream product brushes which are not the easiest to clean so I'm excited about the black!

I have purchased two shades it’s more of a highlighter. I have send it back, It’s just like the filter foundation but I feel like the filter one is more better.
Tania, do you think it’s more like Chanel baume essentiel? It looks very similar to that product. I would consider this more of a highlight rather than foundation.

I bought all the same colors/shades as you so this video was great .. really happy with the blush and pleasantly surprised but the foundation … so glad you feel the same way as me ..I felt like the tin man too lol …dissapointing ❤
To compare the size you get in this, not the same product at all but the makeup forever stick foundation is 12.5g, this is 9g.

Wow, dear Tania, so much work, and looking so beautiful as always, and i loved your clear and honest opinion, as always, thank you!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩I would wear this as a highlighter/illuminator, this is not foundation for me. But not one foundation from CT survived my declutters so i stopped purchasing them. Last weekend i was wearing one of her cream shadows in a sort of rose gold, i just love these, and they don't get bad after even years i don't know how Charlotte does it! Hi Tania, I have the same gold Mother/Child pendant! Although I still love it and wear it, my boys are in their thirties and wonderful, loving men! I don’t know abt the CT “foundation” perhaps under foundation but not as a foundation! It almost looks like your face is perspiring on the R side! I think I’ll pass for now & see if ELF dupes it!🤣. Tnank you for your wear test and review of this product. In Wayne Goss's video where he uses the CT Unreal Skin Foundation Stick, he found that with addition of s mattifing base on cheeks, concealer and powder on the T-Zone was how he made it work for him. I have seen 3 other reviews on this platform and they all did the same thing to make it work - blurring base, concealer and powder. (One reviewer actually used a separate darker neutral shade as bronzer/contour, and it worked on her as it kept the finishes on the face the same). The common experience of all was that although this product did not emphasise pores, it did settle into them, but with a little matt or blurring base on the cheeks, the foundation looked better. Powdering the T-Zone and leaving the peripheral of the face glowing was also a common way to make this foundation work for them.. I wear a Chanel B30 or B40 and I ordered a 5 (light-med neutral) and a 7.5 (med neutral), and I'm curious to try this product, and if it doesn't work as a foundation on its own, then I'm hoping to use it as a base or a mixer with other foundations. It might work especially well in winter when a little more hydration is welcome. Perhaps you will let us know how you've ended up using this product in the long run.
I agree, as soon as the powder wears off after about an hour you just look sweaty. Its not flattering, i wont be using it again

I absolutely agree with you Tania. It's a highlight stick in my humble opinion and I do not like it on these girls either, they look like a sweaty mess! 😂😂It's an easy pass for me. I'm not sure about the blush, I had the two older colors and didn't like the formula, it felt kind of sticky and did not give me enough pigment. Maybe the new ones are better. I wonder if this will bomb like the matte cream eyeshadows she did a couple of years ago? It doesn’t tempt me in the slightest. I have no desire to look like an oil slick.

I just checked in the mirror( wore it again today) and dang, I think I see some very small sparkles. Didn’t notice them until now and only in a certain light.

CT is if not my favorite makeup brand of all time 💯 but this product IS NOT IT in my humble opinion ❤ I have flawless filter from her and if anything it’s like that stick but less metallic and more matte to the skin
Yeah, this for me is a glowy primer stick. It has it’s place, but not as a foundation
It seems the blush is very transparent.. It looks beautiful on you but seems like it would pop out any age spots or darker spots that any foundation had covered once the blush was applied. I hope that makes sense. Plus make your hair stick to your cheeks. Has anyone experienced this?

Not at all interested in the foundation stick but the cream blush sounds lovely.
This is def flawless filter in a stick. Conspiracy theory: I wonder if she intended this as that and so many dupes came out before they launched they renamed it. That is 100% in my head. I have no evidence lol. I am not trying. I was going to get until I saw someone review and was like NOPE way to glowy for this girl.
The stick "foundation" looks similar to a tinted sunscreen.

Big pass as a foundation but as a highlight it’s pretty. A pass for me. The CT blush is going on my WL.
I was looking for your review. It I was shade matched at Sephora - Shade 12. I was skittish about it at first but it looks really good! I let it set for a few minutes, then powdered. Great quick look for “no makeup” days. I don’t feel like it is Flawless Filter in stick form - which I’m not a fan of. Different formulation and finish. This reminds me more of her highlighter “Spotlight.” Tendency to be oily in T-zone. The only thing is I wound up buying Tan 10 because I prefer a lighter foundation versus.darker. 12 made me look like I had applied tanning drops. 😂 Shade 11 looked ashy on me. I’m very happy with it. The key is to powder and not to apply too much. The 6 looks good on you.
I was waiting for your review and I will pass on it. It requires too much work to achieve a look that would work more easily with other products.
