But within a matter of a few years, the Christians fiercest opponent became their most effective advocate. Struck down by a powerful conversion experience on the road to Damascus, Saul -- his name changed to Paul -- went on to become the greatest missionary in the history of Christianity. He went on to write more of the New Testament books than any other. The man who was cast as Paul did an unmatchable job...I have seen this movie at 5 years old, I'm 31 now and I still find myself rewatching this film because of the actor.

Stephen was a brave soul. We modern day Christians are weak when compared to the saints of old. They suffered and died cruel deaths for Jesu's sake but if someone gossips about us, we want to throw a fit as if we are exempt from persecution.

“Shalom” means “peace”, and that was the main thing they repeated over and over. I think the first thing they sang was “Baruch” which I think means “praise”? Those are like the only 2 things I know in Hebrew so that’s all I got

What an inspirational movie coated from the Bible
Such a great dramatisation of the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ through the ministry of the Apostle Paul. It's just a pity that the sequencing of Paul's apostolic journey is terrible mixed and does not reflect accurately the progression of events in the Acts of the apostles. Yet a commendable effort in presenting the message.
