If you’re still having issues finding this, assuming you’re on steam. Go to the game, click properties and go to local files and then click browse. This should open the files location, hope this helps.
A refresh rate defines how many times per second it draws a new image on the screen, and it's written out in Hertz (Hz). A 60Hz refresh rate means that the screen is refreshing itself 60 times every second, and at 120Hz, it's refreshing itself 120 times every second. You cant change this in game because its like 10 yrs old, so you have to go into the files and change it manually, figured id make a video about it since there really aren't any new ones.
