00:05 With you left hand grab the mask and with your right hand remove the strap
00:08 Remove your scuba mask
00:14 Keep your regulator in your mouth
00:18 Hold onto the scuba mask
00:24 For 1 minute perform no mask breathing
01:14 After 1 minute put your scuba mask back on
01:17 Make sure nose pocket is down and your hair out of the way
01:23 Put the mask on first and then the strap
