Maxing out Roth IRA and 740k yearly only started doing that the last 2 years since paying off the mortgage and saving and investing 35-40% a year.* *Married with 2 kids and funding their 529s per month as well, 2year worth of emergency fund saved up and have 0 debt of any kind. Hoping to reach at least 3M by 55. Started at 10k net worth at age 48 so made quite the progress just in 2 years
