THIS is AMAZING. It magically took me out of an anxiety attack last night AND put me to sleep. I woke back up somewhere into the next story playing.... took out my headphones and went directly back to sleep with 0 issue. I was calm as a kitten... like WHAT anxiety attack?! That narrators voice absolutely envelopes you.
Thank you. This was perfect. It bugs me when these look like they are an hour or more, then when I listen the story is only about 20 minutes followed by just music the rest of the time. . This one is great I like the longer stories.. It sometimes takes a long time to call asleep. And it just keeps me awake longer when I have to sit up and look for another story if it turns out to be too short..

This is one of four videos I have saved to my "nighty night" (that's how we used to say goodnight when I was a very little kid) collection. All four videos are space related and all are told by Arif. I love his voice. I usually just hit shuffle on my little playlist and I literally don't even make it past the beginning of the first video. I physically relax my body slowly and when he talks about feeling the way you sink into your mattress I FEEL it. I swear I don't even bother with Ambian (prescription sleeping pill) anymore and it was months after I first started listening when I realized I actually had no idea what any of the stories were actually about! I've eventually made an effort to catch some of the stories here and there but it's hard bc I get like hypnotized and fall asleep so quickly lol. Oh and these videos have taken me out of so many full blown anxiety attacks it's actually a miracle. Gone are the nights where I lay in bed wide awake going over every mistake I've ever made or laying awake swearing I'm about to have a heart attack or brain aneurysm or something bc I'm so anxious. I know this is a pretty long comment I just really wanted to thank y'all for this and let anyone else out there who might be struggling with any similar issues know to please give this a shot! ❤️❤️❤️

Would you ever consider doing a sequel tour of the various moons? Perhaps to “sightsee” in the Mars/Jupiter asteroid belts largest bodies and Pluto (and her multiple partner satellites) in addition to the fascinating and diverse Galilean moons. It would be nice to take another voyage in that cozy pod.
I love this story so much and narrator voice is very comforting I love him , I've been having a very stressful time, not sleeping properly for weeks lost my job and soon my home . Hello :) Jobs and homes can come and go in life, definitely it would be very hard for anyone, it is already extremely hard to just read what you are going through, can just imagine how stressful it might be for you in that situation now - but even though this might sound "irrelevant" at the moment as it is maybe the last thing on our minds when we are in the hard life situations - you are alive:) and you will survive this, all is going to be okay. You will find another job, sun will shine again after this crazy thunderstorm and you will soon be stronger than ever. We are glad that our story gave you a break of all the troubles at least for a while, that is what you need to start healing slowly. Stay strong and positive, we will keep you in our minds hoping for everything to be resolved quickly and for a big smile back on your face soon again:)

Great sleep story! I do have a question, however: Could anyone please tell me where I can locate the “Paleolithic area”? That part always makes me chuckle, though not as much as the female-voiced version’s comments about Uranus. If you haven’t heard that, you’re missing out!
This story is awesome! I love space and anything to so with it, I didn't fall asleep cause the info was too cool! I will try again, the narrator's voice and the sleep prompts were great! I'm sure my curiosity just over rode my sleepiness :)

"Mars is the closest planet to Earth by millions of miles..." Venus is closer. Mars also has a more elliptical orbit, so it isn't at its closest very often. A nice sleep story nethertheless.
your voice is seriously perfect for this. Just an idea, maybe slow it down a little. Like, a pauses to give us time to visualize the descriptions you are painting. I had to stop because it was taking mental energy to try to keep up with the visual imagery at the speed you were talking. Good consistent sound though and lovely background music
