one thing your channel has taught me is to SLOW DOWN. you are so slow and intentional with every step you take. weather it’s stirring food in the pot, picking out items in the store, or arranging flowers. living in America has only taught me one pace. and it’s so exhausting rushing and hustling all the time! thank you for showing us that slow living and taking the time to enjoy the little mundane things is such a beautiful life!

In Sweden we do that too, though we call it "Glögg", we put in almonds and raisins in too.
