Raven fought in many major wars including the jedi civil war, the great galactic war, and the Mandalorian wars. But he had armies to help him. Galen was alone, yeah he had juno, proxie, and master Ron Koda. They never went to help on the field though. So given their time periods, and what they want up against. I honestly think Raven and Galen shares the level of power. If Galen wasn't killed I'm pretty sure he could have brought down the empire by himself, based on what he was capable of doing. But Raven survived several wars, but with armies to support him. I'm leaning towards Galen on being Stronger, just because he faced his foes alone.

Starkiller is by far my favorite characters. Man had the training of the Jedi and the power of the sith and was a beast. No allegiance to any side. Juno who was more of a love interest was the only one who was able to bring the human out in him but God help the person who killed her because Starkiller wasn't even in his prime yet when he did what he did in the games.

Force Unleashed movies can be made. In Rise Of Skywalker, Rey should have turned out to be Galen Marek's/Starkiller's daughter. It would have made more sense, nobody would have seen it coming, introduced one of the coolest characters & allowed for expansion of the Star Wars universe. Starkiller was basically a Jedi-Sith (if that's even possible) & had the strength of both, but rode that fine line between the light & the dark; he is the embodiment of the balance of the Force. The resemblances of the two line up as well..... Rey is able to bring down ships with her hands, she shoots Force lightning out of her hands, she's far more advanced than other Jedi & Sith at a much older age with a lot less training, her physical/athletic abilities, her skills with multiple lightsabers in hand, she throws lightsabers like a boomerang just as he did, her fighting style & aggression, she looks like she could be his & Juno Eclipse's daughter and unlike Vader, Luke & Yoda she was a competitive threat to the Emperor like Starkiller. Not to mention that Marek's parents both were Jedi's & that was considered forbidden. If they simply tweak parts of the last movie's story line 'Done It Can Be'. Next movie.... There's an idea for a star wars bf 2 game mode: completely dark, everyone but one person is standard trooper, while one person is an assassin hunting them down. The assassin is basically going to act like a weaker lightsaber hero/villain, but quick and with higher damage. The end of the game comes when A. The assassin kills everyone, or B. Someone kills the assassin. The lightsaber(s) only come on when attacking/blocking. With it being completely dark, you would only be able to see them if they ignited their sabers.
some people did something like this in arma but it was like 15 or 20 50st troopers hunting for vader in the death star and only some of the troopers had blue and red glow sticks they could wear or throw while i think vader had night vision or something he also had nades
By the lore, Starkiller was not more powerfull than Vader at any point. Killing non force users as force user is casually easy, while Vader was a jedi hunter. Starkiller was op, that was the point of creating him, but the best he could hope for, on his best day is a draw.

Vader wasn't going for the kill, he wanted to force him to serve again. There is a big difference between fight to kill, and drawing out the fight.
