    I saute these in olive oil...then towards the end, add some dark brown raisins...saute a bit more til onions cooked and raisins somewhat soft...remove from heat and add a bit of balsamic vinegar while pan is still hot and balsamic somewhat reduces. I then like to serve this at room temp as a side dish/appetizer to accompany hors d'oeuvres such as marinated carrots, olives, cheeses, hummus, etc.

    Why is the music so freaking loud? Why would you even have music while you're talking?

    Avoid the music next time -not needed and definitely distracting !
