I hope you can help, I am struggle with this problem for two weeks now and contacted several engineers and still no solution.
I have installed a xp-600 uv single head conversion kit, got it to print after a long struggle but the dimensions on the x axis is about 20% out
If I print a block of 100mm wide x 50mm...it prints 120mm x 50mm. All alignments has been set on Atools and looks good (I am using Maintop 6.1)

So, my software doesn't start of account, when I send the print.
It stops in "Sending print data... 0% OK".
