I did it by going to the cluster of 3 water elementals, pushing the top-left one into the pit, then using the remaining two elementals to clone the box and push it all the way down the right wall. don't use the teleporters at all. then I use the elemental at the bottom of the screen to clone the box again. now you have two boxes to push into the pits leading to the bell switch.
Final music note is B0(left)/ All music notes: A2,B0,C1,D1,E0,E2
any ideas on if it's possible to get the star behind the bell in A2 without using cloak? shown briefly at 26:24
